A stunning performance by Duncan Adams on Wednesday night, leading from the start and winning on corrected time by nearly three minutes. Rumour has it he is still not satisfied and is looking for a new boat. Another great turnout with 23 starters sailing an intriguing course set by Jon Adams; Kevin Last came second with Kevin Milton third. Attenborough certainly seems to set courses to favour the marginal planers as opposed to the ore traditional boats such as Comets.
After the race most retired to the clubhouse for a more daunting battle; a Don Bishop quiz supplemented with excellent pizza and beer until it ran out. Overall an excellent night with over 30 members taking part.
