Firstly, apologies for the ongoing instability of DutyMan service, thank you all for bearing with us.
What we have decided to do is totally replace the server hardware, which is failing and causing the repeated crashes.
This means unfortunately that we need to shut down for 48hours to fully rebuild the server. We hope you understand that this is the most reliable way to return to our usually excellent availability.
Please be assured that your data is all securely backed-up in multiple locations now, and will be again at time of shut-down.
