Team racing
First race at 11:000am(arrive 10:00am).Join forces with other members to race as a team of four — different tactics, twice the fun! As we will be using the RS Visions with helm and crew in a boat this event is ideal for members of all abilities and will be a good way for newer sailors to gain valuable racing experience.

Sailing at Nottingham SC on the Trent
Offer from Nottingham to join in their races on either Sauturday 1st August at 15:00hrs or Thursday 30th of July at 19:15hrs. For the Thursday a meal is available. Sailing on the river is rather different to our gravel pit but if you are interested in anew challenge and visiting Nottingham then please let Mike Pritchard know. The club is off Adbolton Lane, NG2 5AS, near Holme Pierrepoint.

Fun Race Day
This event starts on at 13:00hrs and although the format is yet to be decided is likely to consist of a wide range of short races, either novelty ones, 50 on a boat, chasing ducks (plastic variety in case Visitor Centre reads this) or ones to test skills. Aimed at all members and with a BBQ it should be a fun day out for the whole family. Further details will be circulated later.

Junior, Master and Novice Regatta
This popular three race regatta will be held this year on the 12th of July (first race: 12:00hrs) with two out of three 45 minute races counting for each of the three categories. Criteria for each is: Junior- under 18 on 12th July Master - 55 or over on 12th July Novice - member who has previously not won a series or the Novice Trophy
