Sunday 24th September We had twenty boats take to the water yesterday for this years Kingfisher Cup and four Ladies competed in the Ladies Plate. The weather was bright, sunny and the wind quite consistent throughout the race.
The racing got away in warm sunshine and light winds with Iona Reid leading the fleet away in her Concept dinghy. She was followed by 14 others with Dennis and Jannis King being the fastest boat away this weekend with the lack of any Phantom sailors.
