Birds and beasts of attenborough

I'm curious as to what variety of birds and beasts we have in, on and around the pond.
I mean specially our bit...not the nature reserve in general.

I can think of the following that I remember seeing, had reports of, or have good evidence for:
canada geese, grebe, tern, fresh water mussel, leech, pike, rabbit, squirrel, stoat/weasel, heron, coot.

Anyone else?

We've spoken before about Notts Wildlife giving us a talk (and maybe a walk) around our lake to give us an insight into what wildlife there is around our patch. Maybe during the off season - a ramble round the lake followed by some hot soup in the clubhouse souds quite appealing. :)

I'd be interested in that. I even thought about suggesting it myself.
