Its going to be a close-fought series.
With what was a promising breeze forecast 10 sailors took to the water, the ood Nick TR and Brian Den set a great and simple course.
The 1st mark was always going to be interesting given the condition but we managed to get around it ok. Kev ( I don’t check the results or write up) Milton was 1st around the mark but his boom touch the buoy so he had to do a turn which he duly did.
The rest of the race had it moments with a Mike as ever pushing the am I rocking or not pose downwind, Bit like now you see me now you don’t and Kev trying is best to get ahead of mike. The solos had a great battle with Pete getting one up on Paul at the end of the race. There it great to se so many improvements this year and showing around the racecourse.
The race win went to the Ever improving Peter H in the Solo, 2nd was Duncan in a solo sandwich with Paul K 3rd.
