We had a great turnout at yesterday’s Youth Session, with 9 juniors taking to the water. We started the session by sailing in the middle of the lake, before venturing off around the lake doing follow the leader, which ended up with a couple of capsizes for some of the Youths. Then, Keith taught us about mark rounding and the most effective way to sail around a course, which we then went out and practiced. We finished off the afternoon with a quick fun race around one of the islands and back again!
